As kids we have all dreamt of going into space. The infinite expanse and endless possibilities are not just rooted in scientific fact but as human beings we like to dream. The first stop on any journey throughout the universe would undoubtedly be our moon, harking back to late 20th century when our interest in space was at fever pitch. We could all dream but only a select elite would ever go to space or even be involved in the program, until now.
Thanks to Google’s lunar-x prize there are teams of ordinary people and scientist aiming for the moon. As a species we are now taking our first meaningful steps into the void (Pun intended), so sit back, relax and watch this short documentary series on the teams competing to reach the moon.
